Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make purchases. If you are under 18, you may use the storefront only with permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

You are responsible for ensuring that buying and redeeming digital products is lawful in your country and compatible with the platforms you use (such as Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, or publisher launchers).

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@4hack.net if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or abuse promotions or support.

4H sells digital goods only. After successful payment, eligible products are delivered to your account library or order receipt. Delivery is typically instant, but may take longer during maintenance, verification, or stock checks.

Product pages list the platform, region, and any restrictions. You are responsible for confirming compatibility before purchase. Keys and codes are single-use unless stated otherwise.

Prices are shown at checkout in the currency displayed and may include applicable taxes where required. We may correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by obvious mistakes.

We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and local payment methods where available. Payment processing is handled by trusted third-party providers subject to their terms.

Unredeemed game keys and unused top-up or gift codes may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided the code has not been revealed or redeemed and the request meets our verification checks.

Once a key is revealed, delivered for redemption, or used on a third-party platform, it cannot be refunded because publishers and distributors do not allow returns on activated digital goods.

Subscription products follow the publisher’s billing rules once activated. Chargebacks filed without contacting support first may result in account suspension.

You may not use the storefront to commit fraud, resell products in violation of publisher terms, attempt to circumvent regional locks unlawfully, scrape or automate purchases without permission, interfere with site security, or harass our team or other users.

We source keys and codes from authorized distributors and publishers. Misuse of purchased products on external platforms remains subject to those platforms’ own rules.

The 4H name, logo, website design, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. Game titles, artwork, and trademarks belong to their respective publishers. Purchases grant you a license to use digital products according to the publisher’s end-user terms, not ownership of underlying intellectual property.

Redeeming products requires third-party accounts and services we do not control. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or account bans on external platforms. Links to publisher redemption instructions are provided for convenience only.

The storefront and digital products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free delivery, or that every product will remain available in all regions at all times.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, 4H and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from third-party platform actions, incorrect redemption by the customer, or events outside our reasonable control.

Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We may update these Terms or discontinue features with notice where required. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. You may close your account at any time; we may suspend access if you breach these Terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where 4H operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes should first be raised with our support team at support@4hack.net. Where permitted, unresolved disputes may be brought in competent courts or through alternative dispute mechanisms required by local consumer law.
