Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 13, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how 4H (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit 4hack.net, create an account, or purchase digital game keys, subscriptions, gift cards, and top-ups through our storefront.
Information we collect
Account information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored in hashed form). If you sign in with Google or Discord, we receive basic profile details such as your email and display name from that provider.
Order and delivery data: We record products purchased, order totals, delivery status, and digital codes or keys associated with your account so you can access them in your library.
Payment information: Payments are processed by our payment partners. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. We may retain limited billing details such as transaction IDs, payment method type, and billing country for receipts and fraud prevention.
Support and communications: If you contact support, we keep the content of your messages and any information you provide to resolve your request.
Technical data: We automatically collect information such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, and approximate location derived from your IP. We use Cloudflare Turnstile on sign-in and sign-up to help prevent abuse.
How we use your information
We use personal information to create and manage your account, process orders, deliver digital products, send order confirmations and verification emails, provide customer support, improve our storefront, detect fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
We may send service-related emails such as purchase receipts, delivery notifications, and security alerts. You can manage marketing preferences where applicable.
Legal bases for processing
Where required by law, we process personal data to perform our contract with you (fulfilling orders and operating your account), based on our legitimate interests (security, analytics, and service improvement), with your consent where applicable, and to meet legal and regulatory requirements.
How we share information
We share data only as needed to run the service: payment processors to complete transactions; email providers to send verification and order messages; authentication partners such as Google and Discord when you choose social sign-in; Cloudflare for security and bot protection; and cloud infrastructure providers that host our application and media assets.
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or to prevent fraud or harm.
Data retention
We keep account and order records for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide support, handle disputes, and meet tax or accounting requirements. Security logs and anti-fraud records may be retained for a limited period. You may request deletion of your account subject to legal retention obligations.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, access controls, and secure storage for sensitive credentials. Digital product keys are protected and revealed only after purchase. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please use a strong, unique password and keep your account credentials private.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences such as language, and protect the site. Analytics or performance cookies, if used, help us understand how the storefront is used. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email support@4hack.net. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
You can update account details in your settings and sign out of linked social providers through your provider’s own account controls.
Children’s privacy
Our storefront is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
International transfers
We may process and store information in countries other than your own. When we transfer data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable data-protection laws.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the storefront after changes means you accept the revised policy.
